Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Drain tofu and lightly blot with paper towel.
  3. Cut tofu in squares and put in 8X8 greased baking dish.
  4. Crush Chedz to crumbs consistency with a rolling pin or food processor.
  5. Put Chedz crumbs in a bowl.
  6. Add: Salt, Black Pepper and Italian Seasoning and mix.
  7. Rub Chedz crumbs over tofu and on the sides. Use your fingers or utensil such as spoon.
  8. Drizzle olive oil on top of Chedz tofu.
  9. Bake for 40-50 minutes. Enjoy!

  1. Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add 2 tablespoons of salt and the pasta and cook according to package directions. Drain and add to a large pasta bowl.
  2. Pour 1/3 cup of olive oil in a pan. Add a dash of salt. Add 6-8 garlic cloves. Simmer on low for about 20 minutes and watch carefully so garlic does not burn. Stir garlic periodically.
  3. Crush Chedz to crumbs consistency using rolling pin or food processor.
  4. Mince the fresh parsley if using.
  5. Add crushed red pepper flakes to the olive oil.
  6. After about 20 minutes, turn off burner and pour the olive oil over the pasta. You can leave the garlic slivers in the pan or choose to add it to the pasta.
  7. Add Chedz crumbs and parsley (if using) and stir. Serve and enjoy!

  1. Pop kernels in a hot air popcorn maker (prefered method) or pop 1 bag in microwave
  2. Melt butter in microwave for 12-18 seconds and pour over popcorn and salt to taste *Do not add extra butter or salt to microwave popcorn
  3. In a large bowl toss together popcorn, Chedz, Pretzels & Raisins - Enjoy!

  1. For best results, warm tortilla slightly over gas burner, in oven or microwave
  2. Spread mayonnaise & mustard evenly on one side of tortilla and sprinkle with salt & pepper
  3. Next layer in order; spinach, turkey, pepperoncini rings & Chedz sticks
  4. Roll as you would a burrito, folding sides in after first fold - enjoy !

Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease 9x13 baking dish.
  2. Boil noodles according to package directions and drain.
  3. Put cooked noodles in a large microwavable bowl. Add 3 tbs of butter and stir until melted.
  4. Add ¼ cup milk and stir evenly.
  5. Add 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese to noodles. Stir until melted. If cheese does not fully melt, microwave for a few minutes and stir. Add more cheese if desired.
  6. Sprinkle and stir in ¼ tsp salt, 1/8 tsp black pepper, and 1/8 tsp garlic powder. Pour pasta into 9X13 baking dish.
  7. Crush Chedz into bread crumbs consistency using a food processor or rolling pin.
  8. Sprinkle Chedz crumbs evenly on top of pasta. Bake for 30 minutes. ENJOY!

Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Spray 8x8 square baking dish with nonstick spray and spread Chedz evenly over bottom
  3. Next layer chicken evenly over Chedz, salt and pepper to taste
  4. Mix condensed soup with milk and pour over chicken and Chedz
  5. Slice grape tomatoes in half
  6. Next place sliced tomatoes cut side up evenly over chicken mixture, then cover with shredded cheeses
  7. Sprinkle Canadian bacon pieces on top
  8. You can cover the casserole at this point and refrigerate for up to 4 days and heat and eat later OR Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes covered with tin foil then turn oven up to 450 degrees and bake uncovered for 15 more minutes or until brown and bubbly
  9. Dish tastes great with a side Chedz Wedge Salad and a crisp sparkling wine....ENJOY

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C). Spray 1 baking sheet with cooking spray.
  2. Remove the stems and ribs from the kale, and shred the kale very thinly into chip like pieces. Spread the shredded kale onto the baking sheet, and sprinkle evenly with Cheddar cheese.
  3. Crush Chedz finely; bread crumbs consistency.
  4. Sprinkle Chedz crumbs evenly over kale pieces.
  5. Bake the kale for 10-15 minutes, watching carefully to prevent burning, until the kale is crisp and the cheese has melted.

  1. Crush Chedz finely; bread crumbs consistency.
  2. Place parmesan cheese, flour and Chedz crumbs in a bowl. Omit parmesan cheese and flour if you want lower carbs. Only use Chedz crumbs.
  3. Add salt, pepper and garlic powder to the cheese and flour mix and stir.
  4. Put egg in bowl and add water for egg wash dipping.
  5. Dip Sole fillets in the egg wash and then in the cheese and flour mix (or Chedz mix alone). Repeat for all Sole fillets.
  6. Melt butter in frying pan ¼ TBS at a time.
  7. Add Sole fillets and fry until golden brown.
  8. Squeeze lemon on top of Sole.
  9. Add capers.
  10. For a lighter, healthier option, place the Sole fillets on a lightly-oiled large baking pan or dish and bake at 375 degrees for 10-15 minutes.

  1. Wash Okra and pat with paper towel but not thoroughly dry as spices and Chedz crumbs need to stick to moisture.
  2. Cut Okra ends and discard. Cut Okra into thin coins and put in bowl.
  3. Add 1 tsp salt, ¼ tsp black pepper, and 1/8 garlic powder and toss in bowl.
  4. Crush Chedz finely; bread crumbs consistency.
  5. Add Chedz crumbs to okra mix and stir.
  6. Heat 1-2 cups oil (depending on pan size; need enough to cover Okra pieces).
  7. Add Okra to oil and fry until golden brown and crisp.
  8. Add more salt, black pepper, or garlic powder to taste if desired.
  9. *For healthier option, arrange the okra slices in one layer on a foil lined cookie sheet. Bake in the preheated oven for 10 to 15 minutes or until golden brown.

Instructions
  1. 1.Cut cheese sticks in half.
  2. 2.Set out three medium bowls.
  3. 3.Place flour in first bowl, beaten eggs in second bowl, and crushed Chedz in third bowl.
  4. 4.Line a baking sheet with waxed paper.
  5. 5.Dredge the cheese sticks in the flour first, then dip in the egg mixture, and finally coat with the Chedz crumbs.
  6. 6.Place on lined baking sheet.
  7. 7.Repeat process until all cheese sticks are coated. Place baking sheet in freezer and freeze for 1 hour.
  8. 8.Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  9. 9.Line a baking sheet with foil. Spray foil with cooking spray. Place frozen cheese sticks on baking sheet and spray with cooking spray.
  10. 10.*Bake for 3-5 minutes, turn, bake for another 3-5 minutes until golden.
  11. 11.Cool for several minutes before serving with marinara or ranch. *You can fry instead of bake using vegetable oil.
