Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Mix egg wash ingredients. Add chicken pieces to egg wash and let soak for at least 20 minutes.
  3. In a plastic zip bag, crush Chedz crackers with a rolling pin, food processor, or wine bottle!
  4. Coat each piece of chicken in Chedz crumbs.
  5. Line a baking sheet with tin foil and place a wire rack on top.
  6. Arrange each piece of coated chicken on wire rack ensuring that they do not touch; use two racks if necessary. The wire racks help to ensure crispness on all sides.
  7. Bake for 35-40 minutes or until golden brown. Enjoy with your favorite bottle of wine!

  1. Slice zucchini and squash in thin coins.
  2. In separate bowls, put ½ cup flour in first, beat egg in the second and add crushed Chedz crumbs (consistency of bread crumbs) in a third bowl.
  3. Add black pepper, salt, and garlic to taste to the flour.
  4. Pour about 1 cup of oil (more or less depending on pan used; frying pan or pot) and heat over medium heat.
  5. Dip zucchini and squash chips in the flour, then egg and finally Chedz crumbs. You may have to pat down the Chedz crumbs to make it stick.
  6. Fry* in oil until golden and crisp *The chips can also be baked at 350 degrees until golden; about 30-40 minutes depending on oven.

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Spray a baking sheet with cooking spray. Clean mushrooms with a damp paper towel. Carefully break off stems. Chop stems extremely fine, discarding tough end of stems.
  2. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and chopped mushroom stems to the skillet. Fry until any moisture has disappeared, taking care not to burn garlic. Set aside to cool.
  3. When garlic and mushroom mixture is no longer hot, stir in cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, black pepper, onion powder and cayenne pepper. Mixture should be very thick.
  4. Crush Chedz finely; bread crumbs consistency
  5. Using a little spoon, fill each mushroom cap with a generous amount of stuffing. Add Chedz crumbs on top of each mushroom. Arrange the mushroom caps on prepared cookie sheet.
  6. Bake for 20 minutes in the preheated oven, or until the mushrooms are piping hot and liquid starts to form under caps.
