  1. Crush Chedz finely to get about 2 teaspons of Chedz crumbs (more or less on preference) using a rolling pin, food processor or Magic Bullet.
  2. Place eggs in a saucepan, and cover with cold water. Bring water to a boil and immediately remove from heat. Cover, and let eggs stand in hot water for 20 minutes. Remove from hot water, and cool. To cool more quickly, rinse eggs under cold running water.
  3. Pop out (remove) the egg yolks to a small bowl and mash with a fork. Add mayonnaise, mustard powder, vinegar, salt and pepper and mix thoroughly.
  4. Fill the empty egg white shells with the yoke mixture and sprinkle each shell with Chedz crumbs (if serving immediately).
  5. Cover lightly with plastic wrap and refrigerate for up to one day before serving. If not serving right away, do not sprinkle Chedz crumbs on top as it gets soft in the refrigerator (which is ok if you do not prefer the crunchiness). Sprinkle Chedz right before serving.

Instructions
  1. Heat oil in a pot over medium heat approximately to 350℉.
  2. Mix together the ground beef, salt, pepper, and garlic powder in a bowl.
  3. Peel and slice the onion into 1-centimeter rings, and detach the rings from each other. Be gentle as the rings can tear. If you cut them too thinly, they may tear. If opting to make just Chedzburger patties, skip this step.
  4. Take a spoonful of the beef mixture and press it into the bottom of a ring.
  5. Press a cheddar square into the center of the beef. Seal the top with another spoonful of the beef, pressing it flat. Repeat with the rest of the rings.
  6. Crush the Chedz into fine crumbs using a rolling pin, food processor or Magic Bullet. A food processor is recommended for this amount of Chedz.
  7. Put the flour, eggs, and Chedz crumbs into three separate bowls for dipping.
  8. Dip a ring into the flour, shake off excess, then into the egg, the Chedz crumbs, then back to the eggs, and one last time into the Chedz crumbs. Repeat with the remaining rings.
  9. Fry the rings for 5-6 minutes, until deep golden-brown.
  10. Serve the rings with ketchup. If making Chedzburgers, put in a double bun and add favorite garnishments.

Instructions
  1. There are two cooking options: Microwave or oven. If using an oven, preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Crush Chedz sticks into crumbs with a rolling pin, food processor, or Magic Bullet.
  3. Line a baking pan with foil.
  4. Put desired number of baking strips on the pan.
  5. Pat Chedz crumbs onto each slice of bacon with a spoon and/or fingers firmly. The amount of Chedz crumbs on each slice of bacon is your preference; it can be a thin or thick amount. We used approximately 1 TBS for 2 slices of bacon.
  6. Put pan in the oven and bake for approximately 15-20 minutes (watching carefully at 15 minutes to ensure that it does not burn). Take out to cool and crisp on the pan.
  7. If using a microwave, line a microwaveable plate with 1-2 sheets of paper towel. Place about 4-5 slices of bacon on the plate. Pat Chedz crumbs on each strip. Add a paper towel on top of the bacon slices.
  8. Microwave on High for about 6-8 minutes (microwave ovens vary so check it after 6 minutes to determine how much longer to microwave it to desired crispness). Take out and let the Chedz bacon crisp.
