Dried Tarragon or Dried Parsely

Crab Meat

Cup
Crushed Chedz Crumbs (Any Flavor)
Use Gluten Free if preferred

Instructions
In a bowl, whisk together egg, mayonnaise, lemon juice, red pepper flakes (optional), tarragon (optional) or dried or fresh parsely (optional).
Carefully stir in crabmeat gently, being careful not to break up meat.
Mix in cracker crumbs, adding until desired consistency is achieved.
Heat butter in a skillet over medium heat.
Form crab mixture into patties; 4-6 patties depending on your patty size.
Place patties in skillet, and cook until golden brown, about 5 to 6 minutes on each side.
Serve with your favorite sides or on a bed of greens. ENJOY!
