Ingredients
- 1 Egg
- 3 TBS Mayonnaise
- 4 TSP Lemon Juice
- 1/8 TSP Crushed Red Pepper Flakes Optional
- 1 TSP Dried Tarragon or Dried Parsely Optional
- 8 OZ Crab Meat
- 1/2 Cup Crushed Chedz Crumbs (Any Flavor) Use Gluten Free if preferred
- 1 TBS Butter

Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk together egg, mayonnaise, lemon juice, red pepper flakes (optional), tarragon (optional) or dried or fresh parsely (optional).
- Carefully stir in crabmeat gently, being careful not to break up meat.
- Heat butter in a skillet over medium heat.
- Serve with your favorite sides or on a bed of greens. ENJOY!
