Ingredients
  • 15 Sticks Chedz Double or triple for more guests
  • 15 Pieces Slivered Almonds Select ones that resemble fingernails. Chipped fingernails work too!
  • 1/2 TSP Cream Cheese We used plain but you can use any flavor
  • 1/2 TSP Marina Sauce or Salsa This is used to resemble "bloody" nails and knuckles. Optional: red food coloring
Instructions
  1. Lay out 15 Chedz Sticks on a cutting board or dish
  2. Lay out 15 pieces of slivered almonds (pick ones that are not too broken and that resemble fingernails. Chipped nails are fine).
  3. Dip the edge of 1 end of slivered almonds in marina sauce (or salsa or food coloring) and put a scant of cream cheese at the bottom back of the slivered almonds (about half way up). Be careful not to break the slivered almonds.
  4. Press the slivered almonds on top of a Chedz stick and gently press down gently so that you do not break the slivered almond. Repeat until finished with the number of desired witch fingers.
  5. Optional: Take a toothpick and dip it in the marina sauce, salsa or red food coloring and brush it across the Chedz sticks to resemble "bloody" knuckles
  6. Place on a serving platter with marina sauce or other dipping sauces. Enjoy!

Instructions
  1. Lay salami slices flat on surface.
  2. Spread a thin layer of cream cheese on each salami slice.
  3. If you prefer to use cheese slices, cut cheese into quarters and put on each slice of salami.
  4. Put a Chedz stick on each salami covered with cream cheese.
  5. Alternatively, put a Chedz stick on each salami covered sliced cheese.
  6. Roll-up each salami into a log like shape. If using cheese slices, roll them carefully as it is thicker and the Chedz can break.
  7. Optional: Add a green olive on each salami roll and insert a toothpick in the middle. If using sliced cheese since the rolls are thicker, ensure that toothpick is inserted through the seams as pictured in order to hold the log shape. When placed upright, you can push the salami roll down further.
  8. Optional: If you do not prefer green olives, you can opt to use other toppings such as cranberries or whatever you desire. Or, leave it off entirely.
