Instructions
  1. Finely crush Chedz into crumbs like consistency (wine bottles work great or food processor)
  2. Combine ground chicken (or turkey), granulated garlic, paprika, cumin, chilli powder, Chedz crumbs, egg and olive oil in a large bowl until well mixed - it will seem loose but tighten up when cooked
  3. Form 4-5 burger patties - make them a little thinner in the middle and thicker on the edges to ensure an evenly cooked patty
  4. Grill for 7-8 minutes per side or until internal temperature is 165 degrees
  5. Serve on toasted sesame burger buns with your favorite burger toppings and condiments

  1. In a large bowl combine all ingredients with your hands until well combined. It may seem a little loose at first but the Chedz will absorb some of the liquid quickly.
  2. Form into 1 inch balls. In a large pan heat 2-3 tablespoons oil and arrange meatballs. Make sure they do not touch. Cook over medium low heat until firm turning once. You may have to do them in batches.
  3. Top with your favorite marinara sauce and serve with mixed greens. You can also add them to your favorite spaghetti for yummy spaghetti and Chedz meatballz. Also great over rice or quinoa!!!
