Chedz Chicken Noodle Casserole – Courtesy of Susan Hall
  1. Preheat oven to 350° F. Spray a 9×13 inch baking dish with nonstick spray.
  2. Crush Chedz into fine crumbs with a rolling pin, food processor or Magic Bullet. Set aside.
  3. Boil egg noodles or other pasta of choice according to package directions. Drain water.
  4. Optional step: Season cooked chicken with salt, pepper, and garlic powder to taste. You can skip this step if preferred and just add unseasoned cooked chicken.
  5. In the 9×13 baking dish or a separate large bowl, combine all the other remaining ingredients (except the melted butter). Include the frozen vegetables if desired.
  6. Add cooked noodles to mixture. Gently stir to combine everything. Pour into prepared baking dish.
  7. Sprinkle Chedz crumbs to taste on top of casserole.
  8. Melt butter and pour evenly on top of Chedz crumbs.
  9. Cover with foil.
  10. Bake for 30 minutes or until heated through. Remove from oven and let stand 5 minutes before serving. Serve with our Chedz Cheese Bread Recipe:
