Instructions
  1. Crush Chedz finely; bread crumbs consistency.
  2. Place parmesan cheese, flour and Chedz crumbs in a bowl. Omit parmesan cheese and flour if you want lower carbs. Only use Chedz crumbs.
  3. Add salt, pepper and garlic powder to the cheese and flour mix and stir.
  4. Put egg in bowl and add water for egg wash dipping.
  5. Dip Sole fillets in the egg wash and then in the cheese and flour mix (or Chedz mix alone). Repeat for all Sole fillets.
  6. Melt butter in frying pan ¼ TBS at a time.
  7. Add Sole fillets and fry until golden brown.
  8. Squeeze lemon on top of Sole.
  9. Add capers.
  10. For a lighter, healthier option, place the Sole fillets on a lightly-oiled large baking pan or dish and bake at 375 degrees for 10-15 minutes.

  1. 1.Cut cheese sticks in half.
  2. 2.Set out three medium bowls.
  3. 3.Place flour in first bowl, beaten eggs in second bowl, and crushed Chedz in third bowl.
  4. 4.Line a baking sheet with waxed paper.
  5. 5.Dredge the cheese sticks in the flour first, then dip in the egg mixture, and finally coat with the Chedz crumbs.
  6. 6.Place on lined baking sheet.
  7. 7.Repeat process until all cheese sticks are coated. Place baking sheet in freezer and freeze for 1 hour.
  8. 8.Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  9. 9.Line a baking sheet with foil. Spray foil with cooking spray. Place frozen cheese sticks on baking sheet and spray with cooking spray.
  10. 10.*Bake for 3-5 minutes, turn, bake for another 3-5 minutes until golden.
  11. 11.Cool for several minutes before serving with marinara or ranch. *You can fry instead of bake using vegetable oil.
